Provide support to customer by phone Troubleshooting network and internet problems as well as diagnosing and figuring out software/hardware faults Deliver a high-level of customer service, which is proactive, cooperative and dependable by analyzing client complaints. Working continuously on a task until completion and respond within agreed time limits to call-outs/follow ups Work closely with engineer team to maintain and facilitate customers in good support Other task related with technical supporting.
At least second year university student in field of Information Technology Experience in a Network broadband LAN, WAN is preferred Troubleshooting and problem resolution (both hardware and software) Able to work at night and shift rotation ( if need ) able to perform in stressful environment or conditions Good command of English Discipline is a must
